Who we are
Gator Operator (gatoroperator.com) is an AI phone and chat answering service for field service businesses. This policy explains what information we handle and what happens to it.
Information we collect
If you sign in with Google, we receive the name and email address on your Google account so we can create and manage your dashboard.
If you apply as an Early Partner, we receive what you submit in the signup form: your name, email, business name, trade, and how you heard about us — plus anything you choose to write in the message box.
When someone calls or chats with a business using Gator Operator, we handle that conversation (spoken audio, transcripts, and chat messages) in order to answer on behalf of the business.
How we use it
We use this information to answer calls and chats on behalf of the business, set up and manage accounts, and keep the service working. Product analytics help us understand which features are used — those events contain no personal information (no names, emails, or phone numbers are ever sent to analytics).
Who we share it with (service providers)
We use a small number of providers to run the service, and we do not give them your information for any other purpose:
- Supabase — database storage for account and business data.
- Twilio — handles the phone calls.
- AI providers — process call audio, transcripts, and chat messages to answer on behalf of the client business.
- Resend — sends email notifications.
- PostHog — product analytics, without personal information.
What we don’t do
We do not sell your information, and we don’t share it for advertising.
Deleting your information
You can ask us to delete information about you at any time. Email support@gatoroperator.com and we’ll remove it from our systems, except where we’re required to keep records (for example, billing).
